Workshops

Thanks to all those who took part, your input was greatly appreciated and was invaluable for the development of the project. Hopefully more workshops will follow in the new year… watch this space.

See the blog posts for some photos and drawings and more information about the specimens used. Please do add any comments and if you are interested in finding out more information about the specimens have a look at the collection’s catalogue.

During the events we’ve run through a few aspects of ecology, including mutulaism, trophic cycles and keystone species, and used drawing to underscore our thoughts about the subject matter. We concentrated on the act as opposed to the final product, accentuating the active digestion of knowledge in concert with sensed experience.

See the Ecology 101 page for more detail on the ecology covered.
